Spring Meadow Farms offers school tours
in both the fall and the spring for daycare, kindergarten, and 1st and 2nd
graders. Tours can also be customized for other groups. Tours change with the seasons. During the
fall, it consists of a walking tour of the farm where kids will see pumpkins,
fall flowers, farm animals, and a straw maze. The educational farmer-led session
teaches children about bees, field corn, soybeans, hay and straw, and pumpkins
and squash. each class receives items to take back to their classrooms. During the spring season, children will
have the same tour of the farm and farmer-led educational session about seeds
and planting and honey bees. Each child and teacher will do a hands on project
